Accommodation fees

The accommodation fees for the X APAO:

If the application is adopted not later than deadlines:

Team fee: 395.- Euro/team
plus:
Students and first team leader: 395.- Euro/person
Second team leader: 0.- Euro
Observers: 880.- Euro/person

If the application is adopted later than the regular deadlines, the fees are larger:

Team fee: 445.- Euro/team
plus:
Students and first team leader: 445.- Euro/person
Second team leader: 0.- Euro
Observers: 980.- Euro/person

If the application is adopted later than the urgent case deadline deadlines, the fees are:

Team fee: 495.- Euro/team
plus:
Students and first team leader: 495.- Euro/person
Second team leader: 0.- Euro
Observers: 1080.- Euro/person

Budget (~72%) and fees (~28%) cover all program expenses (the board, lodging, transportation from/to the international airport Irkutsk, local transportation, excursions, sport, ceremonial, and general organization expenses) for team leaders and contestants since 12:00 of official Day of arrival till 12:00 of official Day of departure .

Supplement fee for extra days (before 12:00 of November 24^th or after 12:00 of December 2^th):
Students and team leaders: 60.– Euro/person/day
Observers: 105.– Euro/person/day
Maximum additional days of stay have to be coordinated with LOC.

The fees are to be paid cash the first day of accommodation (or in very special cases in advance by bank transfer).

National Astronomy Olympic Committees and interested organizations are welcome to ask more about the X APAO.
