XIV International Astronomy Olympiad

Accommodation fees

• The accommodation fees for the XIV IAO:

  Regular fees (report and application adopted before the regular deadlines):

  Team fee: 450.– Euro/team
  plus:
  Students and first team leader: 450.– Euro/person
  Pedagogical leaders (jury members): 0.– Euro
  Observers: 900.– Euro/person

  Small delays in reports or applications: fees are 2-5% larger.

  Larger delays: fees are 8-12% larger.

  The fee covers the board, lodging, transportation, excursions, sport, ceremonial, and general organization expenses since 12:00 November 8^th till 12:00 Noember 16^th.

  Supplement fee for extra days (before 12:00 of November 8^th or after 12:00 of November 16^th):

  Students and team leaders: 50.– Euro/person/day
  Observers: 100.– Euro/person/day
  Maximum additional days of stay have to be coordinated with LOC.

  The fees are to be paid cash the first day of accommodation.
