Speciality admission examinations are set by the Institute committee, the philosophy examination and the foreign language proficiency tests are taken at the corresponding departments in Moscow. A hostel is available.

Successfully working postgraduate students can participate in Russian and international grants sponsored research, Russian and international conferences as well as do research abroad.
