Proceedings will be published in journal "Fizika Nizkikh Temperatur" which is published monthly by the Institute for Low Temperature Physics and Engineering (Kharkov, Ukraine) and simultaneously in English translation by American Institute of Physics under the title "Low Temperature Physics"
Manuscripts should be prepared in accordance with the rules of "Low Temperature Physics" (Download LTP rules).
Manuscripts shouldn't exceed 12 pages for invited and oral talks and 6 pages for poster presentations.
