The aim of
this session is to bring together people involved in
the study of "EARLY UNIVERSE" and development of NEW INSTRUMENTAL
TECHNOLOGIES. We expect support of UNION RADIO SCIENCE
INTERNATIONAL (URSI), other Scientific Unions and Foundations.
Session will be held in the frames of celebration of 275 -th anniversary
of St.Petersburg State University which G.Gamow graduated in 1925.
