The tender for manufacturing a photo-detector for the SL-200

(the Astrometria Project to be installed on the Russian segment of the ISS)

Herewith the Central Astronomical Observatory at Pulkovo of the Russian Academy of Sciences is declaring the competitive tenderfor manufacturing a photodetecting device (PDD) for the SL-200 solar limbograph to be installed in the framework of the Astrometria Space Experiment on the Russian segment on board of the International Space Station (ISS).

In view of the above the following documents should be submitted to Dr. Habibullo I. Abdussamatov, the Principal Investigator of the Project, before the 15^th of June, 2009,

• A detailed working schedule,

• The technical and economical bases for the costs for every work stage and for the work as a whole,

• The requirements specification (the RS) for the PDD as agreed with the Observatory,

using the mailing address of the Observatory below.

The requested documents are required for the following participating institutions: the Central Astronomical Observatory at Pulkovo of the R. A. S., the Korolev Rocket & Space Energia Corporation, and the Agat Branch of the Russian Space Agency, in order to determine the work contents and the acceptable amount of the indispensable financing, and to define the winner of the above tender as well, accounting for the documents submitted.
