The Second International Seminar on Light Pollution in Antofagasta, Chile

During the Second International Seminar on Light Pollution held on 2���4 August at the Atacama Desert Museum in Antofagasta, Chile, the mayor of Taltal, Guillermo Hidalgo, the ESO Representative in Chile, Massimo Tarenghi, and the mayor of Antofagasta, Marcela Hernando, participate in a demonstration of different technical solutions to avoid light pollution.
