MIDI data reduction with MIA

There is a very nice tutorial created by T. Ratzka on the reduction of MIDI data with the MIDI Interactive Analysis package written by R. Koehler et al. We refer to these pages for the time being.

Also, R. Koehler has released a package combining MIA and EWS, going under the name MIA+EWS.

These packages install very easily under Linux, but for HP-UX we have the following notes on the installation of MIA+EWS.

First change to directory cfitsio and run the configure script, then edit the Makefile and replace all references to cc with gcc
Return and edit Makefile to remove the reference to configure. Also change the command gmake to make.
Enter setenv CCEXT '-D HP', and then run make.
