A session of the State Commission was held. The acting
Head of the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center Yu.P.Gidzenko
made a report on the crew readiness for the mission. The
President and General Designer of the S.P.Korolev RSC Energia
V.A.Lopota made a report on the readiness of the integrated
launch vehicle/manned spacecraft system Soyuz-FG/Soyuz-TMA
for further pre-launch processing. The State Commission
confirmed the primary and backup crews of Soyuz TMA-14 and
ISS-19, and also made a decision to proceed with the preparation
of the integrated launch vehicle/spacecraft system Soyuz-FG/Soyuz
TMA-14 for fueling and launch at the scheduled time - on
March 26, 2009, at 2:49 p.m. Moscow Time.
