The President and General Designer of the S.P.Korolev RSC Energia V.A.Lopota made a report on the readiness of the integrated launch vehicle/manned spacecraft system Soyuz-FG/Soyuz-TMA for further pre-launch processing. The State Commission confirmed the primary and backup crews of Soyuz TMA-13 and ISS-18, and also made a decision to proceed with the preparation of the integrated launch vehicle/spacecraft system Soyuz-FG/Soyuz TMA-13 for fueling and launch at the scheduled time - on October 12, 2008, at 11:01 Moscow Time.
