- Launch of two crew members of the ISS-18 expedition and a participant of the space flight of the visiting crew VC-15 (the USA) on board the Soyuz TMA-13 vehicle of mission 17S;
- Soyuz TMA-13 docking to the instrument compartment of the Zvezda Service Module (SM IC);
- Servicing of operations on loading and separation of the Soyuz TMA-12 vehicle from the Zarya FGB;
- Servicing of operations on Space Shuttle (Mission ULF2)
docking. Exchange of one crew member of NASA ISS-17 expedition
by the crew member of Mission ULF2 Shuttle;
- Servicing of operations on Progress M-66 docking to Zvezda SM IC and its unloading;
- Servicing of operations on ProgressM-65 loading and separation from the Pirs docking compartment (DC1);
- Servicing of operations on Progress M-02M docking to Pirs DC1;
- Servicing of operations on Space Shuttle, Mission 15A,
docking. Exchange of one crew member of NASA ISS-18 expedition
by the crew member of Mission 15A Shuttle;
- Servicing of operations on Progress M-66 loading and separation from Zvezda SM IC;
- Performance of extravehicular activity - one Russian EVA to the ISS Russian segment;
