Final training sessions under the crew training program for Expedition 15 of the International Space Station (ISS-15) were held under the lead of the Corporation’s specialists.
Prime crew members Fyodor Yurchikhin (RSC Energia) and Oleg Kotov (RGNII GCTC) familiarized themselves with a set of tools to perform the works on hardware maintenance and repairs, the need for which may arise in the course of flight.
The specialists from S.P. Korolev RSC Energia and IBMP trained the cosmonauts in the procedure to conduct life science investigation "Pilot" onboard the ISS Russian Segment.
In future, the cosmonauts are faced with the examinations and integrated test trainings, which will be held at RGNII CTC after Yu.A. Gagarin.
