At 5:00 a.m. Moscow time launch vehicle with the Progress-M45
spacecraft was transferred from Assembly and Testing Facility
to launch site.

was installed on the launching pad. The scheduled scope
of the vehicle processing was implemented in accordance
with the first launch day work schedule.

Prelaunch processing activities to launch the Progress-M45
cargo vehicle to the International Space Station are still
going on at Baikonur cosmodrome.
Progress-M45 cargo vehicle has been integrated with the
launch vehicle in Launch Vehicle Assembly and Testing Facility.

A meeting of the Intergovermental Commitee and Technical
Management was held at 15:00 Moscow time. It was decided
to roll out the launcher with the Progress-M45 transport
cargo vehicle from the integration and test facility to
the launch pad on August 19, 2001.
