5:00 a.m. Moscow time the launch vehicle with the Progress
M1-4 cargo vehicle was rolled out from Assembly-and-Test
Facility to launch site.

At 15 hours Moscow time the
Technical Management and Intergovernmental Commission Meeting
was held at which it was decided that on November 14, 2000
the launch vehicle with the Progress M1-4 cargo vehicle
would be rolled out from Assembly-and-Test Facility to launch
site.
Progress M1-4 launch is scheduled to be performed for November
16, 2000 at 4 hours 32 min. Moscow time.
