The second strategic objective of the plant conversion activity was setting up the manufacture of modern household electric appliances in 1991. The pioneer product manufactured was the food processor made under the SANYO'S license (Japan). In 1995 the output of vacuum cleaners under the same license was started. Over the last years, the manufacturing plant has not only been improving the output, but also has been pursuing the policy aimed to expand the range of the output and upgrade its consumer properties, has started producing new products, such as water purification filters, multimixer, etc.

Not once nor twice did the Experimental Machinebuilding Plant take part in different contests and exhibitions, where the household electric appliances had been awarded medals and diplomas.
