The General Designers Review Board devoted to the Russian Segment of the International Space Station was held at RSC Energia

S.P. Korolev Rocket and Space Corporation Energia under the chairmanship of the Corporation President and General Designer V.A. Lopota held the General Designers Review Board devoted to the Russian Segment of the International Space Station (ISS).

The following reports and messages were heard at the meeting:

On prelaunch processing progress of manned transport vehicle Soyuz TMA-07M;
On the ISS mission results, flight program for the forthcoming period, ISS operational status, readiness of Lead Operational Control Team and flight support systems for implementation of the next Expedition program;
On flight readiness of Soyuz-FG launch vehicle to launch Soyuz TMA-07M;
Launch site readiness to launch the rocket & space complex with the Soyuz TMA-07M vehicle;
ISS USOS status and its readiness for the next flight phase;
MCC-M readiness for forthcoming operations with Soyuz TMA-07M and the ISS;
On readiness of search and rescue aids to perform operations in support of Soyuz TMA-07M launch;
On readiness of the ISS-34/35 Expedition crew to implement the forthcoming program of activities on the ISS;
On health status of the ISS-33/34, ISS-34/35 crews.

Presented to the General Designers Review Board were the supporting reports, reports and statements of General Designers, responsible representatives of organizations and enterprises involved in the ISS program implementation.

No obstacles to continue the work under the ISS program.

The General Designers Review Board decided to approve the RSC Energia proposals:

on the forthcoming plan of activities to prepare Soyuz TMA-07M for launch on December 19, 2012;
on the delivery to the ISS of the next Expedition crew of three persons;
on the clearance for reuse of a number of devices and assemblies within the Soyuz TMA-07M vehicle;
on the program of activities on the ISS RS for the near future including 2013;
on the program of research and experiments for the next phase of the ISS operation.

The General Designers Review Board also accepted a decision to clear the ISS RS to proceed with the next phase of the ISS operation.

The General Designers Review Board was attended by the management representatives of Rocosmos, NASA, RSC Energia departments, organizations and enterprises implementing the ISS program.
