The State Commission meeting

The State Commission held its meeting at Baikonur launch site where the primary and backup crews for Soyuz TMA-22 were approved and the readiness of the space launcher system was confirmed.

The State Commission approved the proposed composition of the primary and backup crews.

Prime crew: Daniel Burbank (NASA, USA), ISS-29 Flight Engineer, ISS-30 Commander, Soyuz TMA-22 Flight Engineer; Anton Shkaplerov (Roscosmos, Russia), ISS-29/30 Flight Engineer, Soyuz TMA-22 Commander; Anatoliy Ivanishin (Roscosmos, Russia), ISS-29/30 Flight Engineer, Soyuz TMA-22 Flight Engineer.

Backup crew: Joseph Acaba (NASA, USA), ISS-29 Flight Engineer, ISS-30 Commander, Soyuz TMA-22 Flight Engineer; Gennagy Padalka (Roscosmos, Russia), ISS-29/30 Flight Engineer, Soyuz TMA-22 Commander; Sergey Revin (Roscosmos, Russia), ISS-29/30 Flight Engineer, Soyuz TMA-22 Flight Engineer.

The members of the primary and backup crews reported their readiness for the mission.

The launch of the Soyuz-FG integrated launch vehicle with the Soyuz TMA-22 spacecraft to the ISS Orbital Complex is planned for November 14, 2011 at 08:14 a.m. Moscow time.
