Soyuz TMA-08M docked with the ISS 6 hours after the launch!
The Russian manned transportation spacecraft Soyuz TMA-08M has docked with the International Space Station (ISS).
Approach to the space station, its fly-around, stationkeeping and docking were performed normally, in automatic mode.
The initial contact with the docking port on the research module MRM2 Poisk of the Russian segment of the ISS occurred at 06:28:22 Moscow Time.

Soyuz launch vehicle was rolled out from the integration building to the launch pad. Soyuz launch vehicle with Soyuz TMA-08M transport vehicle is installed on the launch pad. L-2 days activities have been started.

Meetings of the Technical management under the chairmanship of S.P. Korolev RSC Energia President and General Designer V.A. Lopota and State commission were held. A decision on rollout of the launch vehicle with the Soyuz TMA-08M transport manned spacecraft to the launch facility and its preparation for launch planned for March 29, 2013 was adopted.

(Roscosmos, Russia), Christopher Cassidy (NASA, USA)) and backup (Oleg Kotov (Roscosmos,
Russia), Sergei Ryazansky (Roscosmos, Russia), Michael Hopkins (NASA, USA))
crews of the Soyuz TMA-08M transportation spacecraft made a check inspection of the spacecraft in the launch configuration and got acquainted with equipment to be delivered to the ISS.
Besides, the primary crew acquainted with the cargo transport vehicle Progress M-19M delivered to the ISS in late April 2013. After training, the crews visited Baikonur Cosmodrome Museum
where they left their signatures.

Soyuz TMA-08M crews initiated a final training phase
The prime and backup crews for the ISS-35/36 initiated a final training phase in the processing facility.

Soyuz TMA-06M transport manned vehicle descent capsule (DC) landed at 07:06 Moscow time in a specified region to north-east of the town of Arkalyk, Republic of Kazakstan. All DC reentry, search and landing operations were performed as designed.
