Docking of cargo vehicle Progress M-10M to the ISS Russian logistics spacecraft Progress M-10M, after two days in free flight, docked with the International Space Station (ISS).
Approach to the space station, its fly-around, stationkeeping and docking were performed in automatic mode. The initial contact with the docking port on the Pirs module of the ISS Russian Segment occurred at 18:29 Moscow Time.

Launch of cargo vehicle Progress M-10M to the ISS At 17 hours: 05 minutes: 21 seconds Moscow Time transport cargo vehicle Progress M-10M was launched.
The launch is aimed at ensuring further in-orbit operation of the International Space Station (ISS) in accordance with the Russian side obligations undertaken under this Project.
Main mission task is to deliver different cargoes of more than 2.6 tons by mass onboard the station. These cargoes are necessary for crew life support and sustained ISS flight in a manned mode. Also these cargoes include a stowage with Georgievsky ribbons to be delivered to the ISS under the action known as "Georgievsky Ribbon-2011".

Japanese coast, about 100 km southward of Fukusima-1 RSC Energia's specialists together with NPP (Scientific-Production Enterprise) SAIT (the town of Zelenograd) developed and delivered onboard the ISS RS Data Transmission Radio System, which enables downlink transmission of the results of the experiments performed and housekeeping information from the ISS RS to Russian ground stations.

Soyuz-U LV on the launch pad At Baikonur launch site the preparations continue for the launch of Progress M-10M cargo vehicle under the International Space Station program.
Soyuz-U launch vehicle was rolled out from the integration building to the launch pad. Soyuz-U launch vehicle with Progress M-10M transport vehicle is installed on the launch pad. L-2 days activities have been started.

General integration of the Soyuz-U LV with the upper composite At Baikonur launch site the preparations continue for the launch of Progress M-10M cargo vehicle under the International Space Station program.
Orbital module of the Soyuz-U launch vehicle, containing Progress M-10M spacecraft was integrated with the Soyuz-U launch vehicle in the processing facility.
Technical management meeting and Government Commission meeting were convened. A decision is made to roll out Soyuz-U launch vehicle with Progress M-10M transport vehicle to the launch pad.

The Central Palace of Culture after M.I. Kalinin hosted gala concert sponsored by Rocket and Space Corporation Energia after S.P. Korolev to mark the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the pioneer human space flight.
Among those invited to the concert were the Corporation managers, veterans and employees, cosmonauts, the representatives of the enterprises and organizations operating in the city of science Korolev, participants of the RAS Presidium field meeting held in RSC Energia during the morning.

Laying flowers to memorial landmarks  to mark the Cosmonautics Day On the occasion of the Cosmonautics Day and the 50th anniversary of the first manned space flight, managers, specialists, veterans of RSC Energia, associates and relatives of the Chief Designer, representatives of the Administration and the general public of Korolev laid live flowers to memorial plaques and monuments to Sergei Korolev installed on the Corporate premises and in the town of science Korolev. Flowers were laid to pay a tribute to the memory of outstanding figures of our country's space science and hero cosmonauts in the Heroes Alley within the memorial complex of the Cosmonautics Museum, at the Kremlin wall, and at burial places in Moscow.
In the Kremlin Palace, the President of Russia D.A. Medvedev presented state awards to employees and veterans of the space industry, including employees of RSC Energia: Oleg Skripochka, Mikhail Kornienko, Alexander Kaleri and Fyodor Yurchikhin.

Docking of the Soyuz TMA-21 transport manned vehicle to the ISS The Russian manned transportation spacecraft Soyuz TMA-21 (Gagarin) has docked with the International Space Station.
The spacecraft approached ISS after two days of free flight in low Earth orbit. Rendezvous with the space station, its fly-around, stationkeeping and docking were performed in automatic mode.
The initial contact with the docking port on the research module Poisk of the Russian segment of the space station occurred at 03:09:17 AM Moscow Time.

A meeting of the State commission The State Commission held its meeting at Baikonur launch site where the primary and backup crews for Soyuz TMA-21 were approved and the readiness of the space launcher system was confirmed.
The State Commission approved the proposed composition of the primary and backup crews.

Soyuz LV on the launch pad At Baikonur launch site the preparations continue for the launch of Soyuz TMA-21 (Yuri Gagarin) transport manned vehicle under the International Space Station program.
A rollout of the Soyuz spacecraft from the assembly-test facility to the launch site was provided. The Soyuz-FG launch vehicle with the Soyuz TMA-21 transport spacecraft was erected on the launch pad. Operations under the launch minus two days program began.
The launch of the Soyuz-FG integrated launch vehicle with the Soyuz TMA-21 spacecraft to the ISS Orbital Complex is planned for April 5, 2011.

A meeting of the Technical management under the chairmanship of S.P. Korolev RSC Energia President and General Designer V.A. Lopota and State commission was held. A decision on rollout of the launch vehicle with the Soyuz TMA-21 transport manned spacecraft to the launch facility and its preparation for launch planned for April 5, 2011 was adopted.
