Cargo vehicle Progress M-25M Submerged in the Pacific Ocean

Transport cargo vehicle (TCV) Progress M-25M made at RSC Energia ceased autonomous flight on Sunday and was submerged in unnavigable area of the Pacific Ocean.
On April 25, 2015 TCV Progress M-25M was undocked nominally from the International Space Station (ISS). At 9 hours 41 minutes Moscow Time, physical separation of the cargo vehicle from the ISS Pirs docking port took place. After that the cargo vehicle had been in autonomous flight for more than one day.

Soyuz launch vehicle was rolled out from the integration building to the launch pad. Soyuz-2.1a launch vehicle with Progress M-27M transport vehicle is installed on the launch pad. L-2 days activities have been started.

Now it is 50 years of Molnia-1 soviet satellite successful launch, developed in OKB-1 (nowadays RSC Energia) and opened an epoch of satellite communication.
Satellite project developments started in 1961. First one who raised a question of creating satellite communication system in the USSR and using space possibilities to solve tasks of public, economic and scientific significance, was the head and chief designer of OKB-1 Sergey Pavlovich Korolev.
