We are coming to the end of 2014 in which the work collective of our enterprise has succeeded in carrying out multidimensional and labor-intensive work program.
Unique international high-tech project continues to be implemented: four expeditions to the International Space Station (ISS) whose crews were delivered by four Soyuz space vehicles have been organized. Four spacewalks were conducted: from the ISS Russian Segment and three spacewalks from the USOS. The ISS logistics support program was implemented using four Progress space vehicles (Russia), two Dragon space vehicles and two Cygnus space vehicles (USA), ATV-5 Georges Lemaitre cargo vehicle (ESA). The station made it possible to conduct extensive research and lots of experiments under national, international and commercial programs.

An enlarged Board of Directors meeting was held at S.P. Korolev Rocket and Space Corporation Energia, where the President of the Corporation V.L. Solntsev outlined the key results of work performed in 2014 and defined tasks for the upcoming year.

Russia technological future was discussed at RSC Energia
Famous scientists, philosophers, engineers for the first time gathered together at RSC Energia on December 19, 2014 to discuss the technological future of the country.
The idea to hold a visiting session of the 1-st All-Russia Forum of the Russia technological leadership - Russia technodoctrine: contours of the technological future of the country at RSC Energia belongs to the Union of Young Engineers of Russia. And to put this idea into practice the Council of young specialists of Corporation Energia helped.

To live to be a hundred like Suvorova
Her centenary celebration Tatiana Pavlovna Suvorova, the veteran of rocket-space industry, the honoured design engineer of RSC Energia, marked on December 18. The whole delegation, including representatives of the personnel department, trade union and Young Scientists' Board led by the Corporation President Vladimir Solntsev came to congratulate her.

A new kindergarten building of RSC Energia is open
S.P. Korolev Rocket and Space Corporation Energia actively pursuing the construction in a new residential microdistrict of Korolev Science City located at the address of Pionerskaya str., 30.
Today a new building of pre-school educational institution (PEI) designed for 100 children of the enterprise employees is put into commission.

RSC Energia specialists held sessions under the ISS crew training program
Specialists of S.P. Korolev Rocket and Space Corporation Energia held regular sessions for Russian cosmonauts G. Padalka and M. Kornienko training for a space flight in the scope of the training program for the ISS-43/44 crew to the International Space Station (ISS).

Joint fire drills of RSC Energia subunits and special subunits of Federal Fire Service at the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations were conducted
S.P. Korolev Rocket-Space Corporation (RSC Energia) along with subunits of Special Department No2 of Federal State Office (FGKU) "Special Administration of Federal Fire Service No3", the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, conducted fire-tactical drills aimed to put out tentative fire, rescue people and salvage valuables.

Soyuz ТМА-15М manned space vehicle has docked to the International Space Station!
Soyuz ТМА-15М transport manned space vehicle has docked to the International Space Station.
Rendezvous with the station, its fly-around, stationkeeping and berthing were performed normally, in an automated mode.

Soyuz TMA - 15 launched to the International Space Station! The crew onboard the space vehicle consists of A. Shkaplerov, T. Virts, S. Cristoforetti
In accordance with the mission plan of the International Space Station (ISS) and the Russian commitments under this international project, Soyuz TMA-15M manned transport space vehicle was launched from Baikonur launch site at 00:01:14 Moscow Time.
Objective of the launch is to deliver to the ISS a crew of three people in order to bring the number of crew members up to six.

The State Commission held its meeting at Baikonur launch site where the primary and backup crews for Soyuz TMA-15M were approved and the readiness of the space launcher system was confirmed.

LV Soyuz rollout to the launch pad
At Baikonur launch site the preparations continue for the launch of Soyuz TMA-15M transport manned vehicle under the International Space Station program.
Soyuz launch vehicle was rolled out from the integration building to the launch pad. Soyuz launch vehicle with Soyuz TMA-15M transport vehicle is installed on the launch pad. L-2 days activities have been started.
