Subject: FITS files available for your LBA experiment {expcode}

Dear {PI},

The output FITS file(s) for your LBA experiment {expcode} observed {date} are available for download from:

{link}

Also available are diagnostic outputs from our automated AIPS pipeline.
Clicking on "Download" on the pipeline-output folder will download as a zip file.

Please let me know if you have any problems getting the files.

A description of the FITS file(s) can be found at:
http://cira.ivec.org/dokuwiki/doku.php/correlator/records/{expcode}

The above page also has:
- a link to the Observers' wiki page at ATNF, to access observing comments and logs for each antenna.
- a description of the pipeline output files, but note that the links to the files on the ftp area currently don't work (we haven't gotten around to fixing this yet since our ftp server at iVEC was shut down). The pipeline output is available to you via the CloudStor+ link above.

The pipeline plots are intended to give an indication of data quality, and to help determine if there are any problems that might require recorrelation.
The baseband (recorded) data from all stations may be deleted in four weeks time, unless you let us know of a compelling reason to hold them. All correlated data products (including correlator input, output and FITS files) are archived permanently. The files will be available on CloudStor+ for a finite time; in case you need to re-retrieve the FITS files in future and find that the link has disappeared, please contact me to make them available again.

[Report on any problems found in pipelining]

Some notes on LBA amplitude calibration are available at:
http://www.atnf.csiro.au/vlbi/wiki/index.php?n=Main.LBACalibrationNotes

To work out the nominal sensitivity of the ATCA tied array, a summary is provided through a link on the ATNF Observers' wiki page. Look for "ATCA antenna summary" under "Observing Logs".

Any feedback on the above pages, and also any feedback you can provide on data quality, or any other related issues, would be valued.

Regards,
