Deadlines:
* Please book BY 5 March 2014, to allow for processing time.
* These rooms at this rate MUST be confirmed before 7 March 2014 and the block will be
released on that date.
* However, cancellations without penalty are permitted until 24 March 2014.
(Because it coincides with Easter vacation of schools in Chile, the week of the spectrum school is considered high season for hotels in Santiago)
To obtain this rate please send an e-mail to:
clara@nrao.cl (Carola Lara) with the following information:
* Name and Surname,
* Date of arrival and date of check out
* type of room desired (single, double, etc).
A room will be reserved in your name. You will be charged directly by the hotel.
Important Note: If you already registered with the hotel at a higher rate, you will need to cancel that reservation and follow the instructions above, otherwise the normal (much higher) rate will be charged by the hotel.
