I’m a software engineer working for CSIRO within the division of Astronomy & Space Science. I am the Project Engineer for ASKAP Computing, a role in which I am responsible for the overall computing/software architecture and software development.
I am also the Software Engineering Lead for the ASKAP Central Processor where I develop high-performance software for realtime data reduction and analysis pipelines.
The Australian Square Kilometre Array Pathfinder (ASKAP), is a next-generation radio telescope being developed by CSIRO that will incorporate novel receiver technologies and approaches to radio-astronomy data processing.
