    Explanations of the Observation codes and GRT codes are available. 

    

    

     HALCA began observations on May 13.  Initially, the spacecraft
will observe sources within 15 degrees of the anti-solar position.
The plan is to slew HALCA in early July towards a position 90 degrees
from the sun where many more sources are available for observation.
If this slew is postponed or changed, the schedule after July 10 must
be radically modified and all ground telescopes will be notified of
the changes.

     Below is the HALCA schedule between June 01 and August 31.  The
longer term schedule through November is also available, but this
schedule must be regarded as tentative.

FRQ codes are L (1.6 GHz), C (5.0 GHz), K (22 GHz) and B (1.6/5.0 GHz)

V codes are for AO1 experiments
W codes are for AO2 experiments
W301, W302 ... codes are for AO3 experiments.   

   AO3 proposals which are continuations of AO1 and AO2 proposals are
generally listed under the AO1 or AO2 proposal code, especially during
these transition observations.  VS experiment codes are VSOP Survey
