    HALCA STATUS on Jan 05, 1999 The rebooting of the on-board computer has been successful and the HALCA recovery is nearly complete. A tentative schedule for the period January 6, 1999 to February 10, 1999 appears below. There are still some unanticipated constraints, so this schedule could change.
