LBA operations meeting

Hi all
Could anyone planning on coming to the LBA operations meeting please let Shinji and I know by the end of this week for planning purposes. We will need to have a list of attendees beforehand and you will need to bring ID with you on both days.
At the moment I am assuming the attendees will be

Can anyone else please let me know.
The meeting will be from 8:30-4:30 on Tuesday 17th and 8:30-~3pm on Wednesday. We will be going out for dinner on Tuesday night.
If anyone has agenda items they would like included please let me know. I put together a draft agenda in the next week.
