Dear Colleagues,
The next LBA Operations, eVLBI and Networking meetings will be held in
Perth, Western Australia, from 10-12 March 2009.
Below is a brief schedule of planned events. Details of venues, times,
recommended accommodation and other information will be circulated at
a later date. The eVLBI meeting, Networking and Operations meetings
are open to everyone, and suggestions of discussion topics are always
welcome.
Tuesday 10 March (full day): eVLBI meeting/workshop
Wednesday 11 March (morning): Networking meeting of eVLBI partners and AARNet
Wednesday 11 March (evening, by invitation): eVLBI demo: high-speed
data transfer from ATNF telescopes and real-time correlation on the
CUPPA (Curtin University Parallel Processor for Astronomy) cluster.
Thursday 12 March (full day): VLBI Operations meeting
For venue and catering purposes, please register your planned
attendance by email to Hayley Bignall <h.bignall_at_curtin.<!--nospam-->edu.au> with a
copy to Jennifer Talbot <j.talbot_at_curtin.<!--nospam-->edu.au> by Friday, 13th
February. Please let us know which meeting days you plan to attend.
