Hobart has started experiment T2035

The first scheduled source was 0208-512 at 17:39:58/321 UT/DOY.
The Formatter (H-maser) leads GPS 11.0772 microseconds at 17:20:50/321 UT/DOY.
The cable cal is 754.1 microseconds delay difference. Longer cable makes
reading smaller as expected.
The weather is 10.6'C, 1006.7HPa, 64.7%. There is 40% cloud cover
(temp,pres,humid,sky conditions)

Hobart's last scheduled scan finishes at 322/1243. This allows us time to
go to GG057B after T2035. Thanks for organising our schedule this way.
