IAU Commission 31 (Time) Circular 4, 23 July 2002 Dear colleagues, Following is a short reminder for upcoming deadlines of our Commission * October 1, 2002: deadline for me to transmit the Commission report 1999-2002. The report is limited to four pages. Besides the classical sections on CCTF and TAI/UTC (BIPM) activities, possible topics for which contributions are sought are related e.g. to UTC redefinition, IGS/BIPM, laboratory reports ... Please send me your contributions by September 15, 2002, preferably in plain ASCII text, alternately in Latex or MS-Word files. * October 15, 2002: deadline to propose new IAU members through Division President.
