Physical and chemical properties of massive star-forming regions at high spatial resolution - Dr Henrik Beuther Colloquium

Massive star formation is known to proceed in a clustered mode at
relatively large distances. Therefore, high spatial resolution is
essential to investigate the physical and chemical processes taking place in these regions. I will present recent interferometric high angular resolution observations (from the SMA, PdBI, and ATCA) toward the earliest stages of high-mass star formation, disentangling their complex internal structures, (e.g., multiplicties, kinematic structures potentially due to rotation and chemical inventories.)
