The Arcetri Spectral Code - E.Landi and M.Landini (2002)
The Arcetri Spectral Code consists of a database of atomic data and transition probabilities that allows the
calculation of synthetic spectra of optically thin plasmas. The atomic data come from two different sources.
- CHIANTI data
:
Most of the data come from the CHIANTI database,
and consist of atomic energy levels, atomic radiative data such as wavelengths, weighted oscillator strengths
and A values, and electron collisional excitation rates.
- Other data
: A few more transitions come from the old version of the Arcetri Spectral
Code (Landi & Landini 1998, A&AS, 133, 411), and are calculated using the coronal model approximation
