Armagh Planetarium has a range of shows suitable for all the family. Tickets must be collected thirty minutes before the show commences and tickets for all shows must be pre-booked Telephone 028 3752 3689. Late visitors cannot be admitted to the theatre after a show has commenced.
Due to the darkness and sound levels some shows are only suitable for children of six years and above. Children under six years old will not be permitted to these shows. Please check the show descriptions (see below) for age ranges. All
visitors must collect tickets 30 minutes before show time.
Edge of Darkness

Edge of Darkness is a fulldome show featuring amazing scenes of places never before seen gathered by key space missions that culminated with groundbreaking discoveries in 2015. It features a spectacular flight though the great cliffs on comet 67P, a close look at the fascinating bright "lights" on Ceres, and the first ever close ups of dwarf binary planet Pluto/Charon and its moons. Narrated by Hayley Atwell, Agent Carter, from the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the ABC television series
"SUN, MOON & STARS" ( live presenter-led show for children)
This is a lively interactive show designed to introduce children to our Sun, Moon and stars. Children will also learn about the other moons of our Solar System and are introduced to the many animal constellations in the night sky.

no AGE restrictions - suitable for pre-school children Specially produced by Armagh Planetarium, 'The Little Yellow Star' is a new show aimed at pre-school aged children. Join the Little Yellow Star on his adventure in the night sky, meeting many of the wonderful animals who make up the star patterns.
This is a free show designed to introduce pre-school children to the stars and constellations in a fun way.
