The TCC uses the following packages:

• twistedActor: The TCC actor is tcc.TCCActor, which is a subclass of twistedActor.BaseActor. As such, the TCC uses cooperative multitasking. It makes no use of multiprocessing or threads.
• mirrorCtrl: the TCC talks to these mirror controller actors to move mirrors to maintain collimation, focus and scale.
• coordConv for coordinate conversion.
• TCSpk, a telescope control package written by Pat Wallace, to apply the telescope pointing model and compute axis controller mount position from "observed" (refracted apparent geocentric) position.
• TPoint, a package by Pat Wallace, to fit pointing models.
