Construction Punch List: December 27, 1999

We start out with a Kodak Christmas Eve moment at sunset. Cold temperatures aloft and warm temperatures at the Basin's surface left the lovely cloud cover.   What follows are individual pictures of punch list items from the punch list inspection held 12/27/99.
