Primary Mirror Hex-cell Deterioration: September 14, 1999

During shutdown activities, inspections revealed deteriorating points on a M1 hex-cell. The following are pictures of the condition; the black circles identify the particular areas.

The bracket is glued at four points in the hex cell; these two photos indicate position. The cell photo indicates the two areas.
