Temporary overnight housing is provided to visitors from ARC institutions, non-ARC collaborators, and invited scientists and engineers. When on-site accommodations are full, APO will assist you in obtaining off-site housing. If you require on-site housing, complete the form below.

Confirmation of your housing request is sent via email. If you do not receive confirmation within 5-working days, please contact the observatory by telephone (575-437-6822). Dormitory room assignment is determined by APO.

To cancel an existing reservation, enter the name and arrival date and choose "cancel."
