By Air:
Passenger flights to St. Petersburg arrive at the Pulkovo international airport, located 15 km away from St. Petersburg. Now all flights are realized by the New Terminal of Pulkovo airport.
From the Airport you can get to the nearest metro station "Moskovskaya" by bus:
- City bus: The city bus No. 39 stop is in front of the Arrivals hall exit. The bus runs between the Terminal and «Moskovskaya» metro station every 12-20 minutes from 5.30 a.m. till 01.30 a.m. The trip takes 30-35 minutes. Price — about 28 RUB (only by cash).
- Shuttle bus ("marshrutka", routed shared taxi, minibus): Shuttle bus К39 stop is in front of the Arrivals hall exit. The bus runs between the Terminal and "Moskovskaya" metro station every 5 minutes from 7.00 a.m. till 23.30 a.m. The trip takes 15-20 minutes. Price — 36 RUB (only by cash). Shuttle buses start when all the seats are occupied. Passengers buy the ticket from the driver in the shuttle-bus.
- Ordinary taxi (a cab). It is strongly recommended to order it upon arrival only at the official "Taxi Pulkovo" counters located in the arrival hall of the terminal. The trip to the very center of Saint-Petersburg costs typically 1–1.5 thousand rubles.

From the metro station "Moskovskaya" follow the Second (blue) metro line to the station "Nevsky Prospect". Here is a scheme of the St.-Petersburg metro lines. Then take the trolley bus No. 10 to the stop Universitet (see map).
By Train:
There are five railway terminals in Saint-Petersburg. All of them are connected by metro lines. It is easy to get the Conference Hall by metro. The nearest metro stations are "Nevsky Prospect" and "Sportivnaya-2" (see a scheme of the St.-Petersburg metro lines).
