Slew limit control to protect the telescope and hardware is not completely
implemented in softare.

This system is not recommended for unattended operation unless safety limit
switches are installed that will stop motion that could exceed the telescope's
mechanical constraints. We use a tilt switch on the OTA and mechanical limit
switches on the RA axis to prevent motions that would go beyond safe limits.
