SS433 - «» .. ..- ON ANALOGY BETWEEN THE PROBLEMS OF STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTS OF MICROLENSING IN ASTROPHYSICS AND SCATTERING OF ELECTRONES BY ATOMIC NUCLEI IN QUANTUM MECHANICS A.A.Minakov IRA NANU In 1979, the first gravitational lens Q0957+561 was discovered. This event has played an important role in astrophysics and especially, in cosmology, since a real possibility to test the existing cosmological theories appeared for the first time. However, practical realization of the idea encountered a number of essential difficulties. A solution of the inverse cosmological problem as applied to gravitational lens systems can be divided into two constituents. The first problem is connected with a necessity to "specify" mass distribution inside the gravitating objects, that can be done partly with the use of photometric data. The second part of the problem is concerned with determination of time delays of signals arriving to the point of observation from different images of the source. Long-term monitoring of gravitational lenses has shown that rather large errors are inherent in the observed light curves of lensed images. Random variations of the light curves are due to a complicated structure of mass distribution and mass motion inside a gravitating object. The effects of compact structures are known as the effects of microlensing (EML). In spite of a sufficiently large amount of EML observations, a part of

questions is still unanswered today. The principal disadvantage of the long-term investigation of the EML is in the fact that the majority of authors ignored the results of similar investigations from the adjacent physical disciplines, such as, for example, radio physics and quantum mechanics. In the proposed report, a critical analysis of results of the existing studies of the EML is presented, as well as their comparison with the similar developments in radio physics and quantum mechanics. I. S. SHKLOVSKY AND MODERN RADIO ASTRONOMY Rudnitskij Georgij Iosif Samuilovich Shklovsky is one of the founders of radio astronomy in the Soviet Union. Under his leadership in 1953 the Radio Astronomy Department was formed in Sternberg Astronomical Institute of Moscow State University. Shklovsky's works covered a large variety of topics in radio astronomy, space research, solar physics, X-ray astronomy, etc. In this contribution Shklovsky's biography is reviewed, including the famous expedition to Brazil for radio observations of the solar eclipse. His main works are presented, such as prediction of the possibility to observe the 21-cm radio line of neutral hydrogen in the interstellar medium together with some molecular radio lines; explanation of the spectrum of the Crab Nebula in the optical and radio ranges by a unified synchrotron mechanism; his works on the radio emission of the solar corona, including the explanation of drifting solar radio bursts by plasma mechanism. Other works are reviewed, among them, paers on cosmology, his idea on the artificial comet implemented during the first lunar launches, his works on the problem of Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence, etc. .. ,

THE VARIABILITY ON A TIME-SCALE FROM SEVERAL YEARS TO SEVERAL MINUTES AT DECIMETER A CENTIMETER WAVE LENGTH. PRELIMINARY RESULTS Gorshkov A.G. , Konnikova V.A SAI Moskow State University The investigation of variability process at the discrete radio sources at the broad range of wavelength was carried out at radiotelescope RATAN-600 (SAO RAN) and RT-32 (IPA RAN). The investigation was carried out for the search of the amplitude-frequency characteristic of the variability on the various time-scale from several years to several minutes. As the results of the investigations have been revealed (or confirmed): 1.The long-term variability with time-scale more than several years. 2. The variability with time-scale of tens days. 3. The existence of the variability with a time-scale about four days for all compact radio sources. 4. The variability on time scale from minutes to hour is common phenomenon. OH H2O -22

. INVESTIGATION OF ORION A NEBULA BY RADIO RECOMBINATION LINES A.Tsivilev Pushchino Radio Astronomy Observatory Results of the Ori A HII region mapping based on Hydrogen (H), Helium (He) and Carbon (C) Radio Recombination lines (RRL) are presented. Observations have been done with the same angular resolution (2') using the 32 m VLBI dish of Medicina (Italy, 22.4 GHz) and the Pushchino RT-22 dish (Russia, 36.5 GHz). Derived lines radial velocities, their widths and the ionized helium abundance (y+) data support the well-known idea about the "blister-type" structure of this HII region. The information about the ionization structure is also obtained, and helium abundance, N(He)/N(H) =10.2(0.8)%, is measured. LTE electron temperatures (7800-9600 K) in 10th positions are measured. The effective temperature (~37 000 K) of the ionizing star (q 1 Ori C) is discussed and proposed. RESULTS OF A SEARCH FOR ULTRARAPID FLUX FLUCTUATIONS OF GALACTIC WATER MASER SOURCES AT THE WAVELENGTH 1.35 cm Samodurov V.A.,RudnitskijG.M.,Tolmachev A.M., Subaev I.A., Lekht E.E., Pashchenko M.I., Logvinenko PRAO , SAI MSU Results of a search for ultrarapid variability of galactic water maser sources at the wavelength 1.35 cm on a timescale of several minutes to one hour are reported. A special technique of observations was developed. Using it, several observation al sessions for more than 30 maser sources were carried out from 2002 to 2006. Among them, several sources that have shown such variability were found. The causes of this variability are discussed. The most interesting of them are internal processes within the so urces ongoing in regions with a characteristic size of about 0.1~AU. Clear evidence for such a variability type was found in at least two sources, W49N and W33B. The variability of this kind displays itself only in certain states of the H2O masers. of these stars on the base of the patterns. The new approaches to roAp stars' investigations are presented. THE ECLIPTIC OUTSIDE THE SOLAR SYSTEM Shatsova R.B., Anisimova G.B. Many different structures in the Universe can be modeling by the aid of the Universal Sky Net (USN). USN is built on the base of ecliptic and other known in astronomy planes or the belts on the celestial sphere. The reverse problem is to understand the role and the peculiarities of these planes in the Universe and first of all of the ecliptic (E). The examples of the zodiacal belt population, containing the objects, observed in optic, are given. 18 48% of all objects are situated on the 5% of the area. The objects are: the brightest stars, the supernova remnants, the open and globular clusters, the local group of galaxies. The E-belt is well seen at the maps of supercluster of galaxies Virgo, Persei and the Peebles' map for galaxies brighter 19m. One can add the radiation excess one E-plane in the microwave (Naselski) and infrared (Hauser) diapasons, as well as the giant molecular clouds Taurus, r Oph, etc, the filaments of the high velocity HI (HVC) the parallel to the E-layers the density waves for any observer. As for us, concretely -the nearest density hump is situated at the side b"0 from the edge circle E, and the cavity at b"0. ABUNDANCES NEUTRON-CAPTURE ELEMENTS IN THE RED GIANT STARS T.I. Gorbaneva Astronomical Observatory of Odessa National University Abundances for neutron-capture (n-capture) elements in the red giants are presented. High-resolution spectra (R=20,000, S/N ratio=100) have been used to determine the abundances of heavy elements in giants with metallicities spanning the range -0.6"FeH"+0.25. The spectra were collected with the ELODIE spectrograph at the 1.93-m telescope of the Observatoire de Haute Provence (France). The determination of elemental abundances was carried out in LTE assumption by a method of models, for Ba and Eu taken into account the hyperfine structure. The analysis of behaviour (n-capture) elements from [Fe/H] is presented. NATURE OF ACTIVE GALACTIC NUCLEI FROM MASSIVE INSTANTANEOS RADIO SPECTRA STUDY WITH RATAN-600 IN 1997-2006 Yu. A. Kovalev, Y. Y. Kovalev, G. V. Zhekanis, N. A. Nizhelsky We report result of observations of 1-22 GHz instantaneous continuum spectra of about 3000 active galactic nuclei

performen in 1997-2006 with the 600 meter ring transit radio telescope RATAN-600. A hypothesis of a relativistic jet origin of radio sources is developed. A performed analysis of types and structure of the measured instantaneous spectra has confirmed our previous assumption, almost all spectra could be modeled as a sum of two main spectral components: LF-component (decreasing with frequency) and HF-component (with a maximum in cm-mm band). In the framework of a model with longitudinal magnetic field, the HF-component is explained by synchrotron radiation of a continuous compact relativistic jet emerging from the nucleus, the LFcomponent by radiation of optically thin extended peripherial structures which accumulate jet particles. Observed variability is dominated by variable emission of a compact jet (HF-component) and is explained by variable flow of relativistic particles injected in the base of the jet. PROPERTIES OF JETS OF GIANT RADIO GALAXIES Miroshnichenko Alla Radio Astronomy Institute,Kharkov Giant radio galaxies are probably old objects evolving in low density environments. Linear sizes of their stream outflowers jets reach up hundred and even thousand kiloparsecs. We study radio galaxies with large angular sizes, for which the radio images are available at high frequencies (1.4 GHz and 5 GHz). At the synchrotron radio emission for old sources the steep radio spectra should be seen. Note, the sample of giant radio galaxies displays this steepness. From the known equipartition condition we estimate the magnetic field strength in sources. This estimation gives possibility to determine the characteristic time of object radio emission and the corresponding jet velocity. Using radio images of giant radio galaxies we define the jet opening angles, which values are inversely proportional to the Lorentz factor of jets. The value of Lorentz factor allows an independent estimation of the source age and velocity of jet. We analyze the ratios of the derived physical parameters of jets for two types of radio galaxies FRI and FRII in given sample of giant radio galaxies. GALAXY CLUSTER IN ESO606 FIELD Panko E., Mukhin V., Kruchkovsky V. We present the results of the analysis of distribution of galaxies in 606 ESO field. We used the Muenster Red Sky Survey (MRSS) as observational basis of the work. The MRSS contains scans of 217 plates of adjoining fields in the ESO Southern Sky Atlas R covering more that 5000 square degrees. The faintest recorded galaxy magnitude changes from 18.3 to 21 mag for the individual ESO plates. In 606 ESO field there are 29313 galaxies. We have found 59 galaxy clusters and 20 clusters contained 100 and more galaxies.

NIGHT-TO-NIGHT VARIATION OF THE EMISSION LINES IN THE NUCLEUS SPECTRUM OF THE SEYFERT GALAXY NGC 3227 L.P.Metik, I.I.Pronik, L.M.Sharipova Crimean Astrophysical Observatory The results of the emission lines study in the optical spectrum of the Seyfert galaxy NGC 3227 nucleus are presented. 53 spectra obtained during the maximum of the nucleus brightness on 12-15 January 1977 with the 6m telescope were the base of the investigations. The series of hydrogen line profiles of H, H, H and equivalent width (EW) and blends averaged by series of observations are given. It was shown that profiles of hydrogen lines broadened during 3 days. The broadening on the level 0.5 of the profile peak was 12%, 35% and 44%, respectively. The H line profile broadening was accompanied by the decreasing of its equivalent width (EW). It was supposed that 3 day flare is observed in the galaxy nucleus, which can be caused by shock in longlived flows from the galaxy nucleus. 3273, 3279 3454.3 102 36 ..1, ..1, ..1, ..2, .2, ..3, ..4 , ..4 " ", , , 98688 2 "-4" , . 3 . .. , , . , 84 4 , A A, MI 48109,

THE PRESENT AND THE FUTURE OF THR DARK ENERGY M.G. Larionov Astro space centre of the Lebedev Physical Institute RAN In the quantization framework of the space and of the time, physical parameters of the elementary "space-time" cell on the basis of macroscopic and of microscopic constants were derived. I discuss the nature of the energy, belonging to the elementary physical vacuum cell, and equalize they to the adopted l-term energy value (lhc@10-44 erg). The coincidence for dimensions the elementary "space-time" cell end the classical electron radius, deduced from the energy vacuum density end lterm energy value, lead me to the conclusion about the virtual lepton nature of the physical vacuum. The negligible asymmetry between of the virtual particleantiparticle time existence through each elementary "space-time" cell is the reason for the Universe expansion. The global constants coordinated change since epoch with assumption of the time-mass invariant existence was deduced. It was reduced the dark energy transformation with scale factor change. The future of the dark energy not only be formed by l-term transformation, but also the global constants change. NONLINEAR MULTIDIMENSIONAL GRAVITATIONAL MODEL R+1/R WITH FORM FIELDS AND STABILIZED EXTRA DIMENSIONS T.Seidov Department of Theoretical Physics ONU We consider nonlinear gravitational multidimensional cosmological model with action of the type R+R-1 with form fields as a matter source. In our model it is assumed that the corresponding higher dimensional spacetime manifold undergos a spontaneous compactification and freezing stabilization of the internal space to a manifold with warped productstructure. Special attention is paid to a situation with non-trivial effective four-dimensional cosmological constant that has positive signature, so for certain parameter regions the late-time acceleration scenario in our model becomes reachable.

experimental bounds for the fundamental constant variations apply strong restrictions on considered models. ON THE TESTING SYMMETRIES FOR COSMOLOGICAL MODELS V. Olyeynik Odessa National University, Department of Theoretical Physics We study the four-dimensional Riemannian spacetimes with physical fields, and analyze the restrictions for the metric tensor and its derivatives, which follow from symmetry conditions for the fields, from the algebraic properties of the metric tensor, as well as from the PetrovPenrose classification of the curvature tensor. INFLUENCE OF ADDITIONAL DIMENSIONS ON DYNAMICS OF EXPANSION OF THE UNIVERSE A.G.Pakhomov Institute of Gravitation and Cosmology, Peoples' Friendship University of Russia It is considered possibility influences of additional dimensions on dynamics of expansion of our universe. It is proved, that this influence is expressed only through anisotropy parameter of additional dimensions. In the isotropic (in relation to additional dimensions) case dynamics of our world remains constant. All calculations were carried out for single-component ideal fluid with power diagonal metrics .The dynamic characteristics of the scale factor have allowed us to draw a conclusion about the physical nature of the initial substance.

2

In general the metric tensor of the four-dimensional Rimmannian space-time may have four diagonal and no more then two non-diagonal independent terms. We study the restrictions on these terms imposed by the condition for the eigenfunctions of Laplace operator on O(3) group or of Laplace operator on SU(2) group to be the same as in spherically symmetric flat space. All tensor fields in the manifold under investigation are represented as multilinear combinations of tetrad vectors with given properties. That gives us to study Einstein equations for the manifold together with conditions for the curvature tensor to be of certain type of Petrov-Penrose classification. ON THREE-DIMENSIONAL COSMOLOGIES O.Zubkov Odessa National University, Department: Physical Faculty In 1978 Thurston [1] demonstrated how to study threedimensional manifolds by topological methods. It was shown that curved three-dimensional spaces, which are locally Euclidean, may have one of 18 different forms: 10 oriented spaces and 8 non-oriented spaces like. the Mbius surface. We try to study the properties of the oriented curved three-dimensional spaces by the methods of internal differential geometry. The curved space is treated as the vector space with three orthogonal vector fields which properties are known. We represent the metric tensor as well as the curvature tensor of the space as the polylinear combinations of that orthogonal vectors and study the scalar functions of that combinations. The results we use for investigations of the four-dimensional Riemannian space-times. [1] P. Scott. The geometries of 3-manifolds. Bull. London Math. Soc. 1983, v. 15, No. 56, pp. 401-487. Z-DEPENDANCE OF ACCELERATION IN SP-BRANE MODELS V. Baukh Odessa National University, Department of Theoretical Physics Sp-brane solutions for product manifolds consisting of factor spaces where only one of them is non-Ricci-flat are investigated. Our model contains minimally coupled free scalar field and form field (flux) as matter sources. We discuss a z-dependance of accelerating stage of the Universe for 10-dimensional (SD2-brane) and 11dimensional (SM2-brane) cases. For this model we also investigate the variation with time of the effective fourdimensional fine-structure "constant". We show that

10

L. Ye. Kozeko Institute of Botany, NAS of Ukraine, Kiev, Ukraine The life on the Earth has developed for millions of years under permanent cyclic influence of the factors generated by the Sun. The periodicity of the cosmoheliogeophysical factors determines biorhythms of living creatures and a periodicity of the biosphere macroprocesses. At that the biosphere is a nonequilibrium system, which processes can be changed essentially by weak outside forces. Most of the solar-terrestrial relationship investigations have been devoted to search of correlations between the solar activity and the functional and morphological characteristics of people and animals. At the same time, plants and other autotrophic organisms are able to fulfill photosynthesis only process in the biosphere resulting in its free energy increase owing to an outside source the Sun and providing existence of both plants and all of the heterotrophic organisms including a human. The correlations between the rhythmics of the heliogeophysical factors and plant processes have concerned in general such integral characteristics of growth and development as a biomass, wood annual ring width and changing of the ontogenetic phases. A role of electromagnetic radiation, geomagnetic disturbances, cosmic rays, acoustic vibrations in realization of the solar activity influence on the living organisms is considered in ontogenetic and evolution aspects. ..

size of this source is minimal that is likely to be associated with the footpoints of coronal loops where the 15 minute oscillations prevail. These oscillations are interpreted to be caused by the shifts in locations of the third and/or second harmonics of a gyro-frequency due to propagation of magneto-acoustic waves in magnetic tubes. REMOTE CONTROL OF PLANETARY SURFACE V. Psaryov Astronomical Institute of V.N.Karazin Kharkov National University Telescope photometric observations have shown, that some Kuiper belt objects have extremely narrow prominent brightness opposition spike. These objects can be observed regularly at very small phase angles, less than 2°. To study observed phenomenon in a laboratory it is necessary to use especial equipment with very small angle apertures of the light source and the receiver. The laser extra-small phase-angle photometer allows us to investigate the opposition effect of complicated surfaces in the range of phase angles 0.008° 1.2°. The extremely small phase angles are feasible due to small linear apertures of the light source (1,4 mm diameter of a laser beam), receiver (2mm diameter of input opinion of pinecamera with Hamamatsu H5783-01 photomultiplier) and the large distance from the light source and detector to the scattering surface (samples) that is 25 m. The photometer uses gas monomodal non-polarized lasers with wavelengths 0.44 m, 0.55 m, 0.63 m, and 1.15 m ( = 2.0 mW) as light sources. We can use polarized lasers to investigate depolarization effects. Our measurements of two samples with very different albedo, a very bright smoked MgO surface and a very dark carbon soot surface were made at the laser wavelength 0.63 m. Results are in a good accordance with theory. Results for smoked MgO sample have shown a very narrow opposition spike of the sample at phase angle less than 0.8°; whereas, the carbon soot demonstrates almost linear behavior of the phase function at small phase angle, as can be anticipated. This suggests that the Kuiper belt objects revealing the opposition spike inevitably have a rather high surface albedo that is necessary to produce the coherent backscatter enhancement. MULTI-MODE SPATIAL SEPARATION OF SOURCES OSCILLATION ABOVE SUNSPOTS R. Sych Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics SB RAS We present a new method to obtain a spatial location of the oscillation sources in a narrow band frequency range of quasi-periodic radio emission above sunspots by using the continuous Wavelet transform. From the high quality NoRH (17 GHz) observations of sunspots with 10 sec cadence on the August 16, 1992, July 22, 1994 and June 30, 1993 we detect well separated spatial shifts between the sources of 3, 5 and 15 min oscillations. The sources of 5 min oscillation also reveal a fine spatial structure appearing at the radio source boundaries as some patched details with its own dynamics. The 3 min sources are associated with oscillations of the source as a whole with the period of modulation in the pulse group about 15 min. The emission of 15 min oscillations comes from the central parts of spots and coincides with the maximum radio brightness (and umbra location). The

during 1998-2004. Most of them show the fluctuations of flux density caused by ionospheric scintillations. Power specter is an important characteristic of the stochastic process and such processes lye at the nature of scintillations. In this paper the estimations of ionospheric scintillations power spectra made from observations of Cyg A on RT URAN-4. The examples of spectra are presented for observations under different circumstances and for several scintillation activity levels which are determinated by scintillation index S4. ON POSSIBLE IMPACT OF SPACE WEATHER CHANGES ON THE POWER SUPPLY SYSTEMS IN BAKU AND ABSHERON PENINSULA AREA A. B. Asgarov, E.S.Babayev Azerbaijan Solar and geomagnetic activities, changes in these activities and their manifestations on the Earth, as main constituents of space weather, not only affect the functioning of engineering-technical systems in space but also may endanger all-kind of human activities including the ground-based technological systems. Geomagnetic disturbances can particularly have serious effects on the electric power systems. Today's electrical power grids are more susceptible to solar-storm disruption than their more localized predecessors because of the large geographical areas they cover and their interconnected and electronically-equipped nature. Some selected and recently obtained results of the complex study of space weather influence (impact of geomagnetic storms of various strengths) on power distribution and supply systems in Baku and Absheron Peninsula area (mid latitude location) are described in this paper. Relevant data on monitoring of electric power transmissions' failures, covering the period of 1994-2005 was used for this investigation. Particular attention is given to study of influence of severe geomagnetic storms on power supply systems. Perspectives of study of space weather effects on operational conditions of regional electric power industry as well vulnerability of electric power systems and possibility of prediction of potential space weather effects for domestic power companies are discussed. local magnetic anomaly and geological breaks. There is all the bases to assume, that change of geophysical conditions under influence of factors of "space weather " in such regions will be more intensive. In IZMIRAN (Russia) the measurement technique of conductivity of biologically active points (B P) for definition of character of reaction of various systems of an organism of the person in conditions changing helio and geophysical conditions has been applied. Thus the problem of revealing of the common reactions of group of examinees on external influences the influences of solar activity connected with the most powerful displays magnetic storms was put and solved. Testing of this methods it was spent according to measurements of group of examinees in amount 13 person of various age and a floor for the period from January till April, 2002. "SPACE WEATHER" AND DYNAMICS OF A MYXOBACTERIA POPULATION CHANGE Olena L. Rakhimova1, Volodimir O. Ivanitsa1, Mikhail I. Ryabov2 1 Microbiology and virology department of Odessa National University 2 Odessa observatory"URAN-4" of Radioastronomical Institute NANU Comparison of dynamics of changes of a Myxobacteria population with conditions of space weather which included cycles of tidal influences of the Moon and solar and geophysical activity is lead. The comparisons of alterations Sun and geomagnetic activity including data set obtained from space and ground-based observatory (solar X- and ultra-violet radiation, electron flux from solar "coronary hole", flare blast pressure in solar wind, planetary magnetic storm on Earth magnetosphere, and measuring data obtained by geomagnetic station "Odessa") were done for biological data of each test. Bacteria belong to "biomarkers", which detection can testify to existence of life on planets and satellites in a solar system. Myxobacteria is unique group of microorganism due to they can form a mulicellular structures (fruiting bodies), their vegetative cells can transform to endogenous anabiotic state (myxospores) as the answer on environmental condition alterations. Myxobacteria exist as vegetative cells in suitable conditions. When conditions get worse (basically, when substrates become depleted) approximately 106 cells begin to form fruiting body that will contain resting cells of myxobacteria (Reichenbach & Dworkin, 1992). Experimental data that were found in ONU microbiology department illustrate the potential space and geophysical effect on viability of vegetative cells and on the fruiting body formation process. AND ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION BAKU STUDY F.R.Mustafa (Azerbaijan), E.Stoupel (Israel), E.S.Babayev (Azerbaijan) Results of collaborative studies for revealing an influence of the periodical changes of space weather (solar, geomagnetic and cosmic ray activities) on the sudden cardiac death (SCD) and acute myocardial infarction (AMI) morbidity and mortality are described. The data covering daily and monthly temporal distribution of SCD and AMI (36 months in 2003-2005), taken from all of emergency and first medical aid stations of grand Baku area, were analyzed and compared with certain cosmophysical parameters. It was obtained that SCD was higher on the highest and lowest daily levels of geomagnetic activity. Days with SCD are accompanied by higher cosmic ray (neutron) activity. The monthly number of SCD was inversely related to solar and geomagnetic activities while was positively linked with cosmic ray activity level. AMI mortality and morbidity are comparatively higher in the days with low geomagnetic activity while they show rise with increasing neutron activity. Some solar and geophysical activities related periodicities were found by the help spectral analysis in the considered data. It was concluded that cosmic ray activity could be considered as one of the significant regulating external/environmental factors in human homeostasis. ABOUT FREQUENCY DRIFT RATES OF TYPE III BURSTS Mel'nik Valentin Radio Astronomy Institute, Kharkov The Type III bursts with unusually large frequency drift rates were discovered during last observations of solar sporadic radio emissions in decameter range. In this paper an interpretation of this phenomenon is proposed. It based on taking into account both the velocities of radio emission sources and group velocities of radiated waves and it allowed to explain not only the bursts with large rates but the bursts with reverse drifts. ATMOSPHERIC DRAG OF LOW ORBIT SATELLITES L. Korniychuk, E. Korobeynikova, N. Koshkin, S. Strakhova Astronomical observatory of Odessa national university In this work the variations of orbital parameters of the low orbit satellites of the Earth are analyzed. The upper atmosphere of the Earth is subject to influence of the various space factors and its condition depends on solar activity. Changes of temperature and density of atmosphere at heights of 200-900 km above the Earth

surface have results in appreciable change of atmospheric braking (drag) of space objects (SO) on these heights. Observable meanings of rate of the "mean movement" change (change of the orbital revolutions numbers per day) characterize rate of loss of potential energy of satellite. Decrease of its orbit is result of braking in rarefied atmosphere. On the basis of the orbits catalogue data (NORAD catalogue of SO) and own surveillance of SO and account of their orbital parameters, the dependence of "satellites drag time" are received. For the analysis by us are selected 10 SO on low circular orbits and 10 SO on eccentric orbits (e" 0.1). High temporary correlation of increase of braking various satellites can be caused only by global variations of the Earth atmosphere density. Thus the moments of strong increase of satellite braking follow after sharp bursts of solar activity. For all analyzed low-orbit SO in the period since October, 2003 till December, 2005 the modulation of braking with the periods about 1 month and less is marked. For high-elliptic SO, besides is appreciable seasonal cyclicity with the period about 65-75 day. The analysis of frequency spectra of dependence "rate of braking time" is carried out. It has shown, that most powerful (and rather wide) the peak on periodogramme is close to 27 days. Peaks close to P3 = 8.9d and P5 = 5.3d also are well expressed usually. They are, apparently, third and fifth harmonics of the basic period P=26.66 days. This period is validly exists on the frequency spectra of drag, as one of component of the peak close to 27d. The second component corresponds to the period P = 29.6d, that, probably, is connected with synodical period of the Moon orbital revolution (PSyn = 29.53d). In frequency spectra of parameters, which characterize solar activity, as a rule, the period 27 days is poorly expressed, though there are strong "harmonics" with the periods 13.3d, 8.9d and 5.3d. It testifies about complex character of interaction of external forces, which influence on upper atmosphere of the Earth and on movement of all ensemble of low-orbit SO.
