Select
titles which enhance appreciation and understanding of astronomy
The
mission of the Astronomical Society of the Pacific (ASP) is
to advance science and science literacy by increasing the
understanding and appreciation of astronomy. To that end,
the ASP occasionally publishes select stand-alone titles in
addition to the conference proceedings published in the ASP
Conference Series, our Publications
of the ASP (PASP) journal, and our Mercury
magazine. Each of these Monograph Publications helps to
increase awareness in astronomy, whether for researchers and
scientists, educators, or enthusiasts.
Electronic access is now available for the two Handbooks
of Star Forming Regions and will soon be added for other
ASP Monograph Publications. Entire books and individual articles
are available for immediate electronic purchase and viewing
at www.aspmonographs.org.
Purchases of printed books through the ASP's AstroShop
include electronic access within two weeks of purchase. |
