Transportation to Tucson

The closest airport is Tucson International Airport, which is served by many national and international airlines. The distance from the airport to the hotel is roughly 10 miles, and typical drive times are 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic. For directions and maps, see www.tucsonatreidpark.doubletree.com

The DoubleTree Tucson – Reid Park offers a free shuttle from the airport. Call the hotel at 520-881-4200 to arrange for transportation.

Once you arrive at the hotel, you will not need a car to get around for the meeting functions. Please check the current hotel shuttle schedule at the Front Desk when you check-in. Free shuttle service is available within a 3-mile radius of the hotel.

The headquarters for our meeting will be the DoubleTree Tucson-Reid Park Conference Center which is connected to the hotel by both interior and exterior walkways. Specific room locations for registration and other conference activities will be sent to all registrants and available on this web site closer to the meeting.
