The ASP has negotiated a discounted conference rate with The DoubleTree Tucson – Reid Park. When calling the hotel or booking through their website:

• Please identify yourself as an "ASP2012" participant when making hotel reservations through the web site or by phone.
• Make reservations early if you want the group rate. The hotel will guarantee the conference rate only up to July 17, 2012.
• Note that, if space is available at the time of your registration, the hotel has agreed to extend the group rate for three days before or after the conference, so you can make your trip into a personal or family vacation in the Tucson area.

Standard Single or Double Room is $77.00 per night plus tax.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of arrival.
