The ASP has negotiated discounted a conference rate with The Tremont Plaza Hotel within walking distance of Inner Harbor. When calling the hotel or booking through their website:

• Please identify yourself as an "ASP2011" participant when making hotel reservations through the web site (under GROUP CODE) or by phone.

• Make reservations early if you want the group rate. The hotel will guarantee the conference rate only up to July 1, 2011, and will extend the group rate up to three days before or after the conference on a space-available basis.

Standard Single or Double Room $144.00 per night plus tax.
Standard Triple Room $164.00 per night plus ta.x
Standard Quad Room $184 per night plus tax.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of arrival.
Each room has a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator and dishes.
