Where
is my PASP?
There
are many reasons why your publication may not arrive when it is
expected. You may have moved and forgotten to notify us. If you
receive your publication at a school or business, we may not have
your complete address, such as a room number or department. Foreign
members should also take note that the mail service for periodicals
can be slow. If your publication does not arrive, please notify
the ASP Membership department. In the event that your address changes,
please notify the membership department as soon as possible.
Can
I get a replacement issue of PASP?
A replacement
issue of PASP will be sent free of charge
to our current members.
I
would like to purchase a past issue of Mercury and the
PASP?
Past
issues of Mercury and PASP are also available for
purchase. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for domestic delivery. Not all
past issues are available. For more information, please visit our
Mercury
Back Issue Page and PASP
Back Issue Page.
Can
I renew over the phone?
Yes!
Membership renewals can also be done over the phone or via e-mail
with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover).
I
currently get my PASP online and I do not want a printed
copy mailed to me.
Unfortunately,
we are not able to restrict subscriptions to online service only
at this time.
I
forgot my PASP online password, how can I get a new one?
If
you should lose or forget your password for online access to the
PASP, contact the ASP Membership department. You should receive
your new password from The University of Chicago Press within 4
to 5 business days.
If
you have any questions, concerns or comments regarding your membership
please call the Membership department at 415-715-1405 between
8:30AM - 4:30PM Pacific Time or via e-mail at membership {at} astrosociety.org.
