TIME DILATION
Time dilation is what we take to be the disagreement in the total time of an event as measured by a moving frame and stationary frame. Time dilation is a prediction of my NwobuÒs Effect which is being wrongly misinterpreted by Einstein Theory of Relativity.
I will explain as below how time dilation occurs and where it comes from and who owns that extra piece of time we call time dilation.

Imagine a car 100km from a stationary observer and which is positioned such that it would travel 200km on a straight line in a direction away from the stationary observer. Let us take that the speed of light in this thought experiment is C.

If everybody will agree with me that at the start of motion of the car, that the stationary observer would DELAY in starting his timing of the motion of the car by a time delay of the amount equal to 100km/C, which is the time for light signal to travel to the stationary observer and inform him of the starting and departure of the car, then WHY WONÒT everybody agree with me that at the end of motion of the car, through the distance of 200km, that the stationary observer will require another light signal to travel from the point of rest of the car to the point of the stationary observer to inform him of coming to rest of the car and that would cause the stationary observer to EXCEED in stopping his timing on the motion of the car by time amount of 100km + 200km/C,which is time for the light signal to travel from the final point of motion of the car to the stationary observer and inform the stationary observer of coming to rest of the car.

Anybody who has followed closely and who understood my above discussion, would suspect that complications of times such as 100km/C and 200km/C must certainly affect the total time of motion of the car as measured by the stationary observer, such that the time as measured by the stationary observer would differ from the time as measured by the frame of the moving car. the above is responsible for the time dilation we observe and it is clear to every right thinking person, that time dilation,( with exception to Gravitational time dilation which I will explain soon ), is an optical effect caused by the delay in our perception of the actual time of occurrence of an event.

Let me now formulate the relationship between the time of motion of the car as measured by the stationary frame and the real or exact time of motion of the car as measured by the car.
Let the time of motion of the car as measured by the stationary frame be T.
Let the time of motion of the car as measured by the car be t.
Since at the departure of the car, the stationary observer DELAYS in stating his timing by the time amount equal to 100km/C, then it means that the stationary observer measures a time of, t-100km/C for the motion of the car. but when the car comes to rest, the stationary observer does not stop his timing of the motion of the car but until another light signal travels from the point of rest of the car to the stationary observer. The time for the light signal to come from the point of rest of the car to the point of the stationary observer is 100km+200km/C. it is at the reception of this final light signal that the stationary observer stops his timing of the motion of the car.
It therefore means that at the point when the car stops, the stationary did not stop his timing but leaves his clock reading until he receives the stimulation from the light signal that the car has come to rest. Therefore the total time of motion of the car as measured by the stationary observer is T= t- 100km/C + (100km+200km/C).

Simplifying the equation gives T= t + 200km/CÅÅ.. Å1,
Since 100km/C Ö 100km/C cancels out.
A more generalized equation of NwobuÒs effect would look as;
T= t + d/CÅÅ.2, where d is the distance traveled by the event being measured.
And the factor d/C is the NwobuÒs Effect experienced by an observer who observed the event in its past tensed state.

T is the time of motion of the car as measured by the stationary observer.
t is the time of motion of the car as measured by the frame of the car.
200km/C is the NwobuÒs Effect measured in seconds which is responsible for the time dilation effect for the above particular thought experiment.
The above shows that since the time dilation effect is a natural effect acting on an observer, then it means that time flows at same rate in every frame. We cannot use because nature tricked an observer and conclude that time runs differently to some frames

Also remember that in one of my explanations to the prediction 8,9,10 of my theory, which is titled Further Explanation, I showed that Óevery event we see in the universe is a past tensed event. The only way we can view an event in its present tense is to have our distance with respect to the event reduced to zero or by becoming the event itself. Only the body performing motion can give 100% accurate its motion property and only such body is an absolute frame. It is due to the fact that the motion of the car as perceived by the stationary observer are all past event, that is the reason why the stationary observer experienced the NwobuÒs Effect. They are past tense in the sense that when the car took off, the observer delay in knowing that the car has taken off and even when the car stopped its motion (came to rest), the stationary observer also waited for a light pulse to travel from point of rest of the car to his point and inform him of coming to rest of the car.
Every body will agree with me that if the distance between the stationary observer and the car had been zero, the stationary observer will certainly observer the event in its present state and will also measured the same real time as the car.

Relative motion or constancy of speed of light is not the cause of the time dilation or other relativistic effect we observe because the excess time that causes time dilation is measured in seconds and neither relative motion nor the constancy of speed of light is measured in seconds. NwobuÒs effect is measured in seconds and it corresponds to the time difference between the time of a moving frame and a stationary frame.
We claim in Einstein Relativity that time dilation is caused by relative motion while some people would say it is caused by constancy of the speed of light and yet nobody has asked; where does the excess time we refer to as time dilation come from? If we say it comes from relative motion, can anybody prove that relative motion is measured in seconds? If we claim it comes from constancy of speed of light or any other thing, can any body prove that constancy of speed of light is measured in seconds?
Over the years, nobody has been able to show where the time dilation (excess time) comes from but rather we have preferred to deceive ourselves by saying that it is caused by relative motion or constancy of the speed of light.

I have paid the first price I owe every human by showing to you all, where the time dilation comes from and what causes it and what owns that extra piece of time called time dilation. It is now left to every interested human to take out his time and study the true description of the universe which God has given to you all through me and also know what time dilation is all about.

ÓTruth is only for those who can perceive itÔ and ÓBelieve is after all, a function of personal choiceÔ
