In light single-slit diffraction experiment, set a free park rotating disk, there is a hole on the disk. Because the photoelectric effect can not be explained by wave-motion,so we can not say at this time "a certain frequency of light can produce photoelectric effect." only can say "a certain color of light can produce photoelectric effect." It merely said "some color" still does not adequately reflect the characteristics, Therefore we must say "a certain speed of light can produce photoelectric effect."
So photoelectric effect experiment proves two things :
(1) Natural light has not wave-motion;
(2) different colors of light have different velocities.
