Is My SBIG-ST10XME Dead?

Tonight I done first observations with my CCD camera SBIG-ST10XME and at the end of the observations something happened with it.
The exposures contain no real signal but only regularly shaped pattern of bright points on a flat, black background. The guiding CCD has the same problem.
What could be happened with my CCD? Can it be that some of electronical components are damaged?
Please help me!!
