Daniel B. Phillips
In the December 2012 issue of Astronomy, Alan Goldstein wrote a story named ò??10 great hits from an obscure catalog.ò?? The article contained descriptions and images of 10 objects from Danish-born Irish astronomer John Louis Emil Dreyerò??s Index Catalogue of Nebulae and Clusters of Stars, generally called the IC. Because we only had four pages, we couldnò??t feature images of other objects, so we present 12 more great ones (not found in the story) here.
