Richfield Astronomical Society/Hidden Hollow Rules:

*  For everyone's safety, USE OF GREEN LASER POINTERS IS PROHIBITED.

*  Registration is open until April 18th. If our maximum limit of 300 visitors is not reached, we will

   continue to accept   registrations after that date.

*  No cars permitted into the star party area after dark; park in the drive after dark.

*  Vehicles in the star party area may not be moved after dark, except in the case of an emergency.

*  Pets are not permitted at the star party; service animals for the handicapped are always welcome.

*  This registration form is not for vendors.  You must register as a vendor in order to sell items.

*  RAS is not responsible for any thefts, accidents or loss of property.  We strive to maintain a safe  

   environment, but everyone is responsible for him/herself and all personal property brought onsite.

*  Bunkhouses and cabins are available on a first-come basis.  They are rustic and have no heating. 

    Bedding is not provided.

*  Each attendee will receive a wristband when checking-in.  Wearing the wristband is mandatory.

*  Each adult participant will receive one door prize ticket when checking in; additional tickets may be

    purchased  at the event.
